If you tried signing up for the Behavior Modification and Planning workshop in Franklin and could not figure it out please don't give up. I spoke with Joan Borgatti who administers the Life Long Learning Program and she says this is a common problem. Here are the directions she gave me:

1. How to determine the physiological and psychological forces that contribute to behavior.

2. Writing and implementing Positive Behavior Intervention Plans.

3. Team building and how to disseminate behavioral data to staff and parents.

I want to thank everyone who came to last nights preasentation of Understanding Emotional Behavior. The turn out, interest and input was fantastic. We are going to see if we can put on the next part of this series soon. I will post dates and times as soon as those details are worked out. For now let me plug a few family events that will be occurring through the Bridge Center in the coming month. First, they are having a Free Fall Festival Saturday, September 29th at 11:00-3:30. I will be held in the Shaw's Center in Brockton. There will be a barbecue, face painting, balloon animals, a petting zoo, etc. It should be a lot of fun. Plus, on October 28th, 3:00-5:30, the Bridge Center is having its annual Halloween Carnival. Come on down for trick-o-treating, hay rides, carnival games and more! It is great family fun.
