There are so many amazing things happening in the field of therapeutic skateboarding. It is hade to believe that when I started teaching skateboarding in my spare time five years ago to students with special needs that there were actually other people out there doing the same thing in their own corner of the world! 

This organization is blazing a trail for all to follow. They have major support form the skateboarding community and Vans sneaker company. They also have movie called Heart Child outlining the incredible story of Crys Worley, the mother who started the entire program to support her autistic son.
